Our Location
Located in Zurich, Switzerland, we manage various office, commercial and residential properties in the Cantons of Zurich, Schwyz and Vaud on behalf of our sister company, EMR Properties. Additionally, we manage and market construction projects, buy and sell real estate and undertake various fiduciary functions for independent property owners.
Our Experience
Although our company is young, we have more than 20 years market experience, gained under the name Bau und Liegenschaften Ltd. In 2010, the old company split into its three core business sectors. EMB Immobilien now proudly leads all property management activities. Our other sister company, EMA House, also located in Zurich, offers hotel suites and serviced apartments within the city centre.
